What you'll do

This is a very hands-on role. The magic lies in tinkering: launching, testing, learning and trying the thing nobody else thought of.

Test everything

Hooks, creatives, audiences, placements. Run the experiments, read the numbers, and keep what works.

Grow the app

Run Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Ads and Google App campaigns that bring in creators who stick around, not just installs.

Bring the ideas

Pitch the ads, angles and formats that AI wouldn't come up with, and help us make them.

You'll be great if you

Know your way around Meta, TikTok and YouTube advertising
Have run Apple Ads and Google App campaigns for an app
Have run ads for consumer apps or subscription products, or both
REALLY love testing, optimizing and making things work
Can show us what you did and what happened
